Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs

In Canada, natural healthy products, including vitamins, minerals and herbal medicines, are regulated as a subset of drugs. Canada’s Natural Health Products Regulations, which came into effect on January 1, 2004, has set up specific requirements on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), site licensing, and product licensing for natural health products and we remain committed to adhering and surpassing all regulations.

CPC was among one of the first few companies in Canada assessed by Health Canada as GMP compliant and issued a Site Licence for manufacturing, packaging and labelling of natural health products. Our pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing facility was specifically designed, constructed and built to meet and exceed the current GMP requirements for natural health products as set in the regulations.
